The latest UNTHA XR mobil-e shredder has been delivered in France. When it goes into operation, it will process 25 tonnes of commercial and industrial waste per hour to a particle size of up to 80 mm. But this machine was the subject of a very special “farewell ceremony” as it left the UNTHA factory in Salzburg.
Since its launch, the XR series has been working in waste facilities throughout the world. Continuous innovation has kept the machine at the forefront of the industrial shredding market.
So much so that XR technology has accumulated over one million hours of operation at waste-to-energy plants, cement production facilities and sophisticated recycling plants.
UNTHA, with almost 150 XRs in operation, is helping to maximise the value of over 10 million tonnes of waste per annum.
